- Fill a highball glass with a tall column of ice.
- Pour in the Campari and soda water.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a shaker, seal it, and shake without adding ice.
- Add ice to the shaker, shake again to chill, then strain over the Campari and soda mixture in the highball glass.
- Garnish with lemon and orange twists.
- Provide a straw for serving.
