Instructions

  1. Make the orange foam ahead of time: combine 15 cl orange juice, 1.5 cl white sugar and 1 egg white and turn it into a foam.
  2. Chill a cocktail glass.
  3. Shake the orange juice, vodka, Campari and sweet vermouth hard with ice.
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with the orange foam.
