On October 4, 2023, I created this cocktail for Bordiga Dilei Amaro, aiming to highlight its flavors by pairing it with Barolo. Using a blend of rye and apple brandy as the base added depth and complexity. The name reflects the fusion of American spirits with classic European bitters and aromatized wines, resulting in a rich and engaging drink.
