Ingredients: 1 tsp Cassis; 23 ml Cynar; 2 Olive; 1 sli Orange; 90 ml Tonic Water; 45 ml Manzanilla Sherry

A long, stirred drink of Manzanilla sherry and Cynar, lengthened with tonic and softened by a little cassis. Dry and bittersweet, served with olives and a slice of orange. Created by Rafa García Febles and Cooter Burger in 2013.
