Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Add the bourbon, Aperol, walnut liqueur and Angostura bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
  3. Stir until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled rocks glass.
  5. Express an orange zest twist over the drink and spray with allspice dram from an atomiser, then garnish with the twist.
