Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  2. Pour the Cherry Heering, Scotch, Angostura bitters and sweet vermouth into a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the ice-filled glass.
  5. Garnish with an orange slice and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry on a stick, like a little sail.
