Instructions

  1. Ignite a cinnamon stick using a match on a small plate.
  2. Let it burn for several seconds, then place an inverted, clean martini glass over it to extinguish the flame.
  3. Smoke the inside of the glass as you mix the cocktail ingredients.
  4. Serve the drink at room temperature and garnish with an apple slice and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
