Instructions

  1. Place three ice cubes in a rocks glass and pour in the tequila blanco. Stir.
  2. Add the mezcal, agave syrup and chocolate bitters.
  3. Add more ice and stir again.
  4. Fill the glass with ice and give it a final stir.
  5. Flame an orange zest twist over the drink, then drop it in as garnish.
