Instructions

Combine mezcal, añejo tequila, agave nectar, and Angostura bitters in a mixing vessel. Pack the mixture with ice cubes and stir vigorously until thoroughly chilled. Pour the concoction through a strainer into a rocks glass containing one large ice cube. Squeeze an orange peel over the drink to release its oils, then either discard it or use it as a garnish.
