Instructions

  1. Chill a flute and pour the champagne into it.
  2. Add the apple brandy, pear purée and amaretto to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake until cold.
  4. Strain the shaken mixture into the flute, over the champagne.
  5. Garnish with a pear slice on the rim.
