Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Pour the vodka, crème de cacao, roasted hazelnut sugar syrup and cream into a shaker.
  3. Fill with ice and shake until the shaker is cold to the touch.
  4. Empty the coupe and strain the drink into it through a fine strainer.
  5. Balance a chunk of hazelnut chocolate across the rim of the glass.
