Nordic Elderflower
🥄0
A double-elderflower drink — Swedish elderflower cordial for fresh juicy florals, St-Germain for the deeper bee-pollen-and-honey notes, lemon for sharpness, prosecco for lift.
Elderflower has been part of Swedish summer foraging tradition for centuries — fläderblom picked in late May and June, cooked into a cordial that lasts the whole summer. The double-elderflower format (cordial + St-Germain) became a Nordic bar standard after St-Germain's 2007 US launch put elderflower on every bartender's radar — the two products read like different sides of the same flower.
