Mix 1 ½ ounces Seedlip Spice 94, 1 ¼ ounces cold espresso, and ¾ ounces light brown sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker. Pack the shaker one-third full with ice cubes and agitate vigorously to incorporate air while minimizing dilution.
Pour the mixture through a fine strainer into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
Add extra foam from the straining process on top of the drink for added texture.
Decorate with three coffee beans and sprinkle espresso powder over them. Serve promptly.
