- Chill a cocktail glass. Set aside the orange peel and the cinnamon stick for the garnish.
- Fill a shaker with ice and add the brandy, passion fruit puree, lime juice, simple syrup and the pinch of cinnamon.
- Shake hard for 15 to 20 seconds, until well mixed and cold.
- Strain into the chilled glass and leave the used ice behind.
- Twist the orange peel over the drink so its oils land on the surface, then discard it.
- Garnish with the cinnamon stick and the fresh fruit.
