- Chill a highball glass and leave it without ice.
- Shake the lime juice, cream, orange flower water, lemon juice, egg white, gin and simple syrup hard with ice.
- Strain the liquid back into the shaker, discard the ice and dry shake.
- Fine strain into the chilled glass.
- Top with club soda from a siphon.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and a mint sprig.
- Alternative to steps 2–4: blend the seven ingredients briefly without ice to emulsify them, pour into a shaker, shake with ice and strain into the chilled glass without ice. Then top with soda from the siphon.
