Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the orange juice, Scotch, sweet vermouth and Cherry Heering to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake until well chilled.
  4. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Twist an orange zest over the drink and discard it, then garnish with a Toschi maraschino cherry.
