Stir Gin, Lime Juice, Blue Curaçao, Cardamom Bitters with ice. Strain into a highball glass.

For my upcoming trip to Mumbai, I created a gin and tonic variation with an Indian touch called the Nandakhal. Using Rangpur gin and limes that add a bold zestiness from their peel, along with bitters and curaçao for a slightly bitter edge.

Instructions
