A long, gin-and-tonic style drink with lime, a little blue curaçao for orange sweetness and cardamom bitters for spice. Served in a highball glass with a lime wedge. Created by Jason Westplate.
Jason Westplate developed the Nandakhal in 2013 ahead of a planned visit to Mumbai, as a gin and tonic with an Indian slant. Rangpur gin and limes give it a sharp citrus edge from the peel, while bitters and curaçao add a mildly bitter note.
