Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the passion fruit, Yellow Chartreuse, Aperol, apple juice, mezcal, vanilla vodka and rich sugar syrup to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake hard until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a passion fruit half floated on the surface.
