Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  2. Put the Gin, Scotch, Lemon Juice, Oude Genever and Honey Syrup in a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  4. Strain into the ice-filled glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
