Instructions

  1. Gently muddle sage leaves with a small amount of vermouth and an inch-long strip of lemon zest.
  2. Incorporate the remaining ingredients.
  3. Mix for about 40 seconds.
  4. Pour through a strainer into a cold martini glass.
  5. Finish with a cocktail olive.
