Instructions

  1. Add the Amaro Montenegro, bourbon, lemon juice, egg white and simple syrup to a shaker.
  2. Shake hard without ice for a few seconds to work up the egg white, then add ice and shake again until well chilled.
  3. Fine strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  4. Garnish with an orange zest twist.
