Inspired by a Banana Toronto at Offsuit in Boston, I pondered how banana liqueur would taste in my beloved Fernet Branca cocktail, the Hanky Panky. Driven by curiosity, I mixed one up and named it Monkey Business, echoing the Hanky Panky's playful spirit, even though another Painkiller-like drink already carried that moniker.
