Instructions

  1. Chill a highball glass.
  2. Add Islay Scotch Whiskey, St-Germain, Scotch Whisky (Preferably Peaty), Gentian Liqueur and Lemon Juice to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake well until cold.
  4. Strain into the highball glass over fresh ice.
  5. Top with Soda Water.
  6. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon slice wheel.
