Ingredients: 45 ml Gin; 8 ml Orange Juice; 23 ml Dry Vermouth; 23 ml Sweet Vermouth; 1 dash Pastis

Gin shaken with equal parts dry and sweet vermouth, a little orange juice and a dash of pastis. Herbal and lightly citrusy, with a hint of aniseed.

Minnehaha takes its name from a Lakota Sioux word meaning "curling water", also rendered as "waterfall". The cocktail exists in many recipe versions, and this one follows the Savoy version closely but uses less orange juice.
