A hot toddy of bourbon, lemon juice and hot water, with ginger liqueur, pear liqueur and a spoonful of allspice dram. Warming and spicy, with a soft pear sweetness and a lemon edge.
Randall Rothenberg created Mickey's Toddy in 2023 for a loved one on a chilly, foggy night in late autumn. It was meant to capture the feel of the season after a long trip following Thanksgiving.
