Reposado tequila stirred with sweet vermouth, CioCiaro and a touch of St-Germain, finished with a grapefruit peel twist. Bittersweet and rounded, with the grapefruit oils adding a sharp edge; created by Joaquin Simo at Death & Co in New York in 2009.
