Ingredients: 8 ml Agave Syrup; 2 dash Orange Bitters; 30 ml Mezcal; 1 twst Lemon Twist; 1 tsp Grapefruit Juice; 30 ml Tequila Blanco

Andrew Willett's 2013 stirred mix of equal parts tequila blanco and mezcal, softened with agave syrup and orange bitters. A teaspoon of grapefruit juice and a lemon twist add a faint citrus lift to the smoke.
