Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Fill a shaker with ice and add the tequila blanco, pineapple juice and grenadine.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  4. Pour through a fine strainer into the coupe.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge on the rim.
