Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients in a shaker.
  2. Strain into a glass filled with pebble or crushed ice.
  3. Add extra ice on top, followed by Peychaud's and Angostura bitters to taste.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist coiled around a bruised mint sprig.
  5. Stir gently.
  6. Serve with a straw.
