Ingredients: 1 tsp Agave Syrup; 2 dash Orange Bitters; 45 ml Tequila Blanco; 15 ml Lemon Juice; 15 ml Dry Vermouth; 15 ml Yellow Chartreuse; 15 ml Suze

A shaken tequila blanco sour with a bitter, herbal edge from yellow Chartreuse and Suze, rounded off by dry vermouth, lemon and a little agave. Served in a coupe, from 2020.

The Marin Karin, from 2020, is based on Rufus Grantham's cocktail "Suze You, Sir". It keeps the core ingredients but replaces the lemon juice and yellow Chartreuse.
