Stir High West Silver Whiskey, Dry Vermouth, BéNéDictine, Angostura Bitters with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Inspired by a buddy’s take on the classic, I used 1.5 ounces of white corn whiskey, half an ounce each of dry vermouth and Benedictine, and a dash of orange bitters to craft this Manhattan riff.
