Instructions

  1. Place ice in a shaker.
  2. Combine 2 ounces mango puree, 1 ounce orange juice, half an ounce lime juice, half an ounce simple syrup, and one and a half ounces white rum inside.
  3. Shake vigorously to chill the contents.
  4. Pour the mixture into a cold glass through a strainer.
  5. Gently add half an ounce of grenadine which will settle at the bottom, forming a sunset appearance.
  6. Decorate with either mango slice or orange wheel.
