Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add ice to a shaker, then the mango purée, orange juice, lime juice, simple syrup and white rum.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Pour the grenadine in slowly so it sinks to the bottom and forms the sunset effect.
