Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Add the overproof rum, gold rum, lime juice, mango syrup and egg white to a shaker.
  3. Shake hard without ice to emulsify the egg white.
  4. Add ice and shake again until cold.
  5. Strain into the rocks glass.
  6. Garnish with a mango wedge.
