- Fill a highball glass with crushed ice.
- Put the Jack Daniel's, liqueur and pineapple juice in a shaker together with ice.
- Shake hard until the shaker is ice cold.
- Strain into the glass over the crushed ice.
- Cut the passion fruit in two and spoon the pulp and seeds of one half over the top of the drink.
- Rest the other half on top as garnish.
