Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add the coconut liqueur, pineapple juice and Monin caramel syrup, and put the cream in last.
  3. Shake vigorously.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple slice or a maraschino cherry and serve right away.
