Three sherries (dry, manzanilla and Pedro Ximénez) shaken with pineapple and lemon juice, blueberry preserves and a little allspice dram, giving a nutty, fruity and gently spiced drink. Maxwell Britten created it at Maison Premiere in Brooklyn in 2015.
