Instructions

  1. Add the white rum, pineapple juice, triple sec, lemon juice, simple syrup and Angostura bitters to a blender with a scoop of crushed ice.
  2. Blend until smooth and slushy.
  3. Half-fill a highball glass with crushed ice.
  4. Pour the blended drink into the glass.
  5. Garnish with pineapple cubes, a Luxardo Maraschino cherry and a mint sprig, and serve with straws.
