Instructions

  1. Mae West Royal Diamond Fizz is a luxe egg fizz on goji-infused bourbon, lifted with pomegranate liqueur, grapefruit and brut champagne. Served with a spicy-sweet half rim.
  2. Rim half of the glass with a grapefruit wedge and the hot sugar mix.
  3. Dry-shake 2 oz (59 ml) goji-infused bourbon, 0.5 oz (15 ml) pomegranate liqueur (La Pinta), 1 oz (30 ml) grapefruit juice and 1 whole egg.
  4. Double-strain into the glass and top with brut champagne (De Perrière).
  5. Garnish with macerated goji berries.

  8. Combine 2 oz goji powder with 375 ml bourbon (Four Roses) and let sit overnight, then strain.
