Instructions

  1. Stir the hot chocolate powder together with the vodka in a shaker until it forms a smooth paste.
  2. Add the Frangelico a little at a time, stirring, until the paste has loosened into a liquid.
  3. Add ice, the crème de cacao and the cream, then shake vigorously.
  4. Strain through a fine strainer into a martini glass so no lumps follow. If you like, swirl chocolate sauce around the inside of the glass first.
  5. Finish with grated dark chocolate or a sprinkle of cacao nibs on top.
