- Put the tequila blanco, triple sec, lime juice and simple syrup in a blender.
- Add crushed ice, about 6 oz (roughly 18 cl).
- Blend until smooth and slushy.
- Pour into a coupe.
- Garnish with a Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
