A bittersweet stirred drink where Cynar and Aperol carry the flavour, with dry vermouth keeping it dry and herbal and an orange slice in the glass. Created by Lucas Rothschild and Julián Díaz at Los Galgos Bar in Buenos Aires in 2017.
