Instructions

  1. Add ice and the scotch to a mixing glass and stir.
  2. Strain off the scotch and discard it, leaving the ice and the glass coated.
  3. Add the tequila blanco, Angostura bitters, Amer Picon and agave syrup, and stir with the coated ice.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with an orange zest twist.
