Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Add the cherry tomato, sake, vodka, manzanilla sherry, rich sugar syrup, coriander bitters and saline solution to a mixing glass with ice.
  3. Stir until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled rocks glass.
  5. Garnish with a skewered vine cherry tomato.
