Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add Cognac, Scotch Whisky, Lemon Juice, Grenadine Syrup, Sugar Syrup 'Rich', Egg White, Angostura Bitters and Saline Solution 4:1 to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Twist the Lemon Peel over the drink and garnish with the zest twist and a skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
