Elayne Werns, who grew up near a nature reserve and spent her summers at an Adirondack dude ranch, always felt a deep connection to country life. To warm herself during winter months, she created this cocktail that captures the essence of her rustic roots.

60 ml

Instructions

  1. Muddle the jalapeño pepper with the maple syrup in your mixing glass.
  2. Combine all remaining ingredients, add ice, and shake vigorously.
  3. Fine-strain the mixture over chilled servingware.
