Instructions

  1. Whip the cream until thick, then sweeten it to taste with simple syrup (2 parts sugar to 1 part water).
  2. Add the vodka, Kahlúa and Cynar to a mixing glass with ice and stir until cold.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
  4. Spoon the whipped cream on top.
  5. Finish with grated coffee bean.
