Instructions

Combine vodka, sugar syrup, and fresh lemon juice in a shaker with 5 to 8 ice cubes. Incorporate one centiliter of egg white for extra foam stability. Pour the mixture over ice into a wine glass or highball filled with 5 to 6 ice cubes or crushed ice. Add Limoncello to taste. Complete with fruit soda on top. Decorate with a lemon slice, straw, and/or cocktail pick.
