Instructions

  1. Put the lime wedges and caster sugar in a mortar and press with the pestle until the limes have given up all their juice.
  2. Add the vodka and crushed ice, then work it with the pestle until combined.
  3. Divide the mixture between rocks glasses.
  4. Fill each glass up with chilled lemonade.
  5. Stir gently and add a straw.
