Instructions

Chill the Lillet Blanc and tonic water first. Fill highball glasses or large wine glasses with ice cubes or crushed ice. Pour Lillet Blanc into the prepared glasses. Rip apart some raspberries and scatter them in each glass. Tuck a few mint leaves into the mixture. Finish by pouring tonic water over the top and serve immediately.
