Puerto Rican rum with passion fruit, lime and orange juice, rounded by simple syrup and a dash of Angostura. Fruity and tart, shaken and served in a tiki glass; created by Peter Melendez in 2025.
Peter Melendez of Aiea, Hawaii, created the Lilikoi Rum Punch in 2025 after receiving lilikoi from a neighbour's garden. Struck by its tropical flavour, Melendez decided it would work well in a punch with rum and bitters.
